Ceviche

Recipe Notes:
I used one whole snapper which ended up yielding 4-6 servings of ceviche. If this is too much then you can get any smaller amount of sushi-grade fish and lessen the ingredients.
Ingredients:
Meat
1 Whole Snapper
Produce
1 Avocado
½ Cucumber
½ Red Onion
2 Tomatoes
1 Jalapeno
½ Cup Cilantro
3 Limes
Salt to taste
Tools:
Mixing Bowl
Sharp Knife
Directions:
Step 1:
Dice the avocado, red onion, tomatoes, and jalapeño.
Finely chop the cilantro.
Thinly slice the cucumber.
Filet and slice the fish into very thin strips against the grain
Step 2:
Mix everything in a mixing bowl and squeeze the limes to slightly cook the fish.
Add salt to taste.
Serve with tortilla chips or make tacos with corn tortillas.
