Onion Sambol

Ingredients:

Produce

  • 1 Large Red Onion

  • 1 Large Green Chili (Serrano or Jalapeno) or 3-4 Small Green Chilis

  • ½ Lime

 Spices

  • 1 tsp Chili Powder

  • 1 tsp Chili Flakes

  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

  • 1 tsp Salt


Tools:

  • Knife & Bowl

Directions:

  1. Dice the onions and slice the chili.

  2. Mix everything in a bowl, squeeze half the lime.

  3. Add salt to taste.

Serve as a side dish with rice and curry.
