Onion Sambol

Ingredients:
Produce
1 Large Red Onion
1 Large Green Chili (Serrano or Jalapeno) or 3-4 Small Green Chilis
½ Lime
Spices
1 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Chili Flakes
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Salt
Tools:
Knife & Bowl
Directions:
Dice the onions and slice the chili.
Mix everything in a bowl, squeeze half the lime.
Add salt to taste.
Serve as a side dish with rice and curry.
